Stress Reduction

So I decided to walk around the neighborhood today to beat off those stress that I was having all this week. The weather wasn't too bad, though, I wish it wasn't so cold. On my walk, I felt that all my worries were free, after realizing how refreshing the walk was. I didn't think anything related to exams but rather on commenting how wonderful it would be to get through this term and hoping that spring term would come so the weather will be a lot better, not to mention for graduation to come. Speaking of graduation, I have but some thought into getting an internship this summer before heading to grad school. I have always wanted to get some work experience in the health care before actually going to nursing school. Maybe volunteering at a hospital would work too. Whatever I decide to do, it'll be beneficial for my future. Overall, I thought the walk had helped me organized my thoughts and what I should do for my remaining time as an undergraduate. It made me realized that I shouldn't be stressing out on the little things but enjoy what I do as much as I can. That's it for now, til next time.
